The following is an explanation of our current rates and charges.
Travel Charge |
$30 per visit |
Standard Labor Rate
(Weekdays 8am-6pm) |

Overtime Labor Rate
(Weekdays during non-standard hours and any Weekend labor) |

Emergency Rate
(Holidays and any non-scheduled overtime labor) |

Any remote and/or telephone support will be charged at the appropriate rate, with two exceptions. First, you will not be assessed a travel charge for this service (normally a travel charge is assessed whenever on-site work is done). Second, whereas standard labor is billed hourly, remote/phone support is billed in 15 minute increments.
In an effort to help curtail customer costs, we do offer the opportunity for our customers to purchase block labor hours. Purchasing hours in advance will provide you with two major advantages. First, the travel charge for block-hour customers is discounted to only $20 per visit. Second, you may receive lower rates based on your purchase. Our block hour rates are explained in the table below:

In addition, we do not charge Emergency rates for emergency jobs with clients who have purchased block hours. We also do not charge Overtime rates for time spent on scheduled jobs after hours. To gain these bonuses, however, you will need to purchase a block of hours before said jobs (or emergencies) occur. |
